WHY THIS MATTERS
AI is here. Social media is reshaping how work gets discovered. Income is unpredictable. And women creatives especially Black women creatives, those not centred in mainstream narratives are often navigating this alone, with less support, less visibility, less income security.
We built Bombax Media because we got tired of waiting for the industry to catch up. So we're making what we need, honest education about the tools reshaping our industry. Films that centre the stories nobody else is telling. A community where creatives support each other instead of competing. You bring your craft. WHAT'S HAPPENING NOW
We're partnering with Reclaim the Frame, the organisation doing incredible work to champion films and careers led by women and marginalised genders. We're delivering bespoke training sessions for their producer network. The focus? How to integrate ethical AI strategy into the early stages of film financing and development. Practical tools so decision makers can secure funding and green light projects with confidence.
You'll find us at Rich Mix on March 23-27, 2026 at the TNBFC XPO, the UK's landmark event for Black excellence across the screen industries. We'll be showcasing our AI for Filmmakers blueprint, giving writers, directors, and producers practical examples of how to use these tools to drive business growth and connect with audiences.
